PerKuLliria 2010

The PerKuLlíria International Percussion Festival 2010 will take place from 6 to 9 May in the city of Llíria - Valencia. Within the festival will be held the international competition of young performers specializing in percussion. Thursday May 6:

18.00 h.Reception for the participants of the 3rd International Percussion Festival, PERKULLÍRIA.
19.00 h. Inaugural Concert of percussion groups Llíria Professional Conservatory, Conservatorio Profesional de A Coruña, Conservatorio Municipal "Manuel de Falla" of Alcorcón, Professional Conservatory "San Rafael" Conservatorio Profesional de Buñol and Arturo Soria "de Madrid.

Friday May 7:

10.00 h Opening of the different stands in the orchestra room: Consolat de Mar, Percusonic, Inaki Sebastian Missom, NP Drums, Tot per l'aire, Rivera, etc.
10.00 h. Master class: "Study Skills", by Professor Musikene (CS Basque Country) and the CM of Alcorcón, Rafael Mas.
12.00 h. Chiapas marimba master class by the group's percussionist Na'rimbo, Israel Moreno.
16.00 h. Master class of vibraphone percussionist by the Mol Percussion, Leo Ouderits.
18.00 h. Master class: "The timpani in the Italian Opera repertoire" by the timpanist of the Rome Opera, Ignacio Ceballos.
20.00 h. Concert in the Church of the Holy Blood and the Wave Duo Wave group, formed by Emiko Uchiyama, Vladimir Petrov, Christoph Sietzen and Bogdan Bacanu.

Saturday May 8:

10.00 h. PFirst phase of the International Competition of Young Performers "City of Llíria. Specialty Percussion.
16.00 h. Marimba master class by the Wave Duo, Emiko Uchiyama and Vladimir Petrov.
18.00 h. Master class drum and percussion by the percussionists of the group Na'rimbo, Gustavo Grajales Nandayapa and Miguel Cruz.
20.00 h. Concert percussion group from Belgium, MOL Percussion. Teatro de la Banda Primitiva. SATURDAY NIGHT: JAZZ SESSION, group performance "Victor PERONA PROJECT". Café "El Templo".

Sunday 9 May:

10.00 h. Final Round of International Competition of Young Performers "City of Llíria. Specialty Percussion.
16.00 h. Snare drum master class by the MOL Percussion percussionist Leo Ouderits.
19.00h. Closing concert of the III International Festival PerkuLlíria by the Mexican group Na'rimbo. Teatro de la Banda Primitiva.
